Rev. Edith M. Phillips, age 92, of 4709 Neely Ferry Road and widow of Arthur Phillips died Thursday, April 12, 2012.
Mrs. Phillips was a minister and retired from the Regal Mills. She was also a member of the Sharon Pentecostal Holiness Church and a member of the USCPHC.
She is survived by a son, Roger Phillips and his wife, Annette of Laurens and a daughter, Linda Merchant and her husband, Dan of Simpsonville; 4 grandchildren, Beverly Blackwell, Dale Phillips, Celeste Culbertson and Hannah Tumblin; 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Sunday at 5:00 p.m. at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Laurens.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
