Elizabeth "Libby" Mcwatters

Elizabeth "Libby" McWatters, age 63, of Clinton, SC, wife of Earl E. McWatters, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at her home.
Born February 1, 1960 in Clinton, SC, she was a daughter of Betty Joann Sanders and the late Talmadge Sanders. Libby retired from Whitten Center at the age of 50 to keep her grandchildren in her home, she also enjoyed spending time with them at their sporting activities. Libby deeply loved her family, friends, and her special dog, Roxy, that was by her side at every doctor’s appointment.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are her children, Austin McWatters, and LeeAnn Campbell (Jeremy); grandchildren, Talan Austin Campbell, and Kamryn Elizabeth Campbell; and her brother, Brian Keith Sanders.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Lee Sanders; nephew; Brian Adam Sanders; and special friend, Sherry Cogsdill.
The family would like to give special love to the "Yaya's", their chosen family.
A Memorial service will be conducted Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 3 PM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Clinton with Rev. Phil Bryson officiating. Burial will follow at the Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will greet visitors prior to the service from 1-3 PM at the funeral home.
