Elizabeth W. "Punk" Murphy

Dateline-Clinton, SC

Elizabeth W. “Punk” Murphy age, 92 of 700 Chestnut St., passed away Tuesday, Mar. 5th, 2013 in Greenwood at the Self Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Newberry, SC and was a daughter of the late Hayne M. and Lillie Bell Hendrix Willingham.
Mrs. Murphy retired from Greenwood Mills and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clinton where she was active in the choir and the Faith Sunday school class.
She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Louis H. Murphy, a brother, John E. “Bill” Willingham and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, March 7th at 2:00 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of Clinton with entombment at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends before the service, in the sanctuary of the First Baptist Church from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
