Emma LeNora Boyd Coleman, age 91, formerly of Clinton, SC died on Thursday, December 20, 2012 .
She was born in Laurens, SC and was the daughter of the late Fred S. Boyd, Sr. and Rosa Belle Spoon Boyd.
Emma is survived by her sisters, Mary Jean B. Byers (Ralph) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Sibyl B. Cook (Marion) of Laurens, SC; a sister-in-law, Charlene B. Boyd (Fred) of Laurens, SC; a daughter, Lynn Robertson (Jerry) of Easley, SC; a son, Harold A. Coleman, Jr. (Grace) of Clinton; a daughter-in-law, Judy R. Coleman of Greenville, SC; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harold A. Coleman, Sr.; her brother, Fred S. Boyd, Jr. of Laurens; a sister, Vivian B. Patton of Lincolnton, N.C.; and her son, James B. Coleman of Greenville, S.C.
Funeral services will be held at Providence ARP Church on Sunday, December 23rd at 3:00 p.m. with burial in Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday before the service from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Church.
