Emma Craig Marler

Emma Craig Marler age 100, of Hwy 308 died Monday, April 9th at the Laurens County Hospital.
She was born in Cross Anchor, SC and was a daughter of the late Marion Francis and Ella Fair Bobo Craig.
Mrs. Marler was the oldest member of Bellview Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son, Joseph C. (Emily) Marler of Laurens; three daughters, Mary (Lewis) Metts of Prosperity, Linda (Jerry) Schofield of Hickory Tavern, Ruth (Jim) Berger of Greenville; a grandson raised in the home, Ronnie (Helen) Marler of Laurens; nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, April 11th at 3:00 p.m. at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Laurens.
She was predeceased by two daughters, Faye Baldwin, Barbara Kinard; one son, Billy Marler and a great grandson, Kyle Berger.
The family will greet friends following the graveside service.
The family will be at the home of her son, Joseph C. Marler, 11 Shenandoah Dr., Laurens, SC
