Erskine L. Knight

Erskine L. Knight, age 88 of 13664 Hwy. 76 West passed away Sunday, June 24th, 2012 at the Laurens County Heathcare System.
He was born in Laurens County and was a son of the late Frank and Mae Bagwell Knight.
After retiring from Clinton Mills, his favorite past time was his garden and his pets.
Surviving are his two daughters, Linda Cooper of Enoree, Jerri Barnett of Orange Park, FL; a sister, Nannie Armstrong of Hickory Tavern; three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a special friend, Betty Lark of Honea Path, SC.
He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Kelli B. Sellars, and seven brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 29th at 10:00 a.m. in the Friendship Presbyterian Church by Rev. Dr. Robert D. Cathcart, Jr. with burial in the church cemetery.
Following the committal service, the family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Friendship Presbyterian Church, 2094 Neely Ferry Rd., Laurens, SC 29360.
