Ethel Collier Heaton, age 73, of 110 Gordon St. died Sunday, July 16, 2006 in the Laurens County Hospital.
She was born in Union County and was the daughter of the late Oliver J. and Ruth Pace Collier.
Mrs. Heaton was a homemaker and is survived by her husband, William E. Heaton of the home; two sons, Terry Heaton of Clinton and Gary Heaton of North Charleston; four grandchildren, Karen Holland of Ware Shoals, Jason Heaton of North Myrtle Beach, Travis Heaton of Simpsonville and Julie Cross of Lexington; two great grandchildren, Reid Holland of Ware Shoals and Anna Grace Cross of Lexington; six sisters, Marie Nobles, Lynda Mack, Sandra Riley, Barbara Stribble, Jean Rogers and Billie Sue Dallas; four brothers, Cecil Collier, Tony Collier, Jerry Collier and Carl Collier.
She was predeceased by a son, Steven Heaton.
Graveside services will be conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. in the Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will be at the home of her son, Terry Heaton, 230 Woodland Dr., Clinton.
