Ethelese H. Steele

Ethelese H. Steele,went home to be with Jesus on August 19, 2012.
She was born in Gainesville, Florida and was the daughter of the late Alvin Lester and Ada Vandiver Harrison.
Mrs. Steele was a graduate of Furman University and retired from BellSouth where she worked for 37 years. She was a member of the Pioneer Club and Pilot Club in Daytona Beach, Florida and also a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Clinton.
She is survived by a brother, Jack Harrison of Moore; and three sisters, Elizabeth Nuernberg, Melda Wakefield and Eleanor Lollis, all of Easley; and a special child of her heart, Charlie Smith and wife, Mary of Clinton.
She was predeceased by three brothers, Coleman Harrison, Olin Harrison and Oscar Harrison; and two sisters, Alma H. Frady and Onie H. Smith.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, August 21st at 4:30 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Tuesday before the service from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Gray Funeral Home.
