James Earl Farmer, age 53, of 1311 Bethlehem Church Rd. died Sunday, December 17, 2006 at his home.
He was born in Clinton and was the son of Aubary Earl Farmer of Clinton and the late Mary Stilwell Farmer.
Mr. Farmer was an employee of Sealed Air Corporation, a division of Cryovac, was a U.S. Air Force veteran and was a member of the Air Force Reserves.
He is survived by his wife, Yvonne H. Farmer of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Aubary and Janice Farmer of Clinton; a daughter and son-in-law, Crystal and Ryan Caughman of Clinton; three step children and spouses, Donna Kay and Marty White of Newberry, Wayne A. Moates of Laurens and James R. and Jennifer Moates of Newberry; his father, Aubary Earl Farmer of Clinton; two sisters, Bonnie Farmer of Greenville and Debra Bishop of Clinton and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with interment in the Bush River Baptist Church Cemetery in Newberry County.
The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will be at the home of Steve and Debra Bishop, 1311 Bethlehem Church Rd., Clinton.
