Faye D. Cook

Faye D. Cook, age 86, of 108 Pinewood Ave, and widow of James Cook passed away September 15, 2016 at the Hospice House of Laurens County.
She was born in Mt Airy, NC and was a daughter of the late Edwin A. and Mallie Smith Davis. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Clinton.
Mrs. Cook is survived by her two daughters, Jamie Ferguson (Dean) and Jan Templeton (Barry) both of Clinton; her two grandchildren, Mary Beth Ferguson and Bradley Templeton both of Clinton; her sister, Eddie Thomas of Mt Airy, NC.
In addition to her husband and parents she is predeceased by her brother, Donald Davis.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 17 at 3 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Clinton. The family will receive friends an hour before the service from 2 to 3 PM at the church. Interment will be at Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will be at the home of her daughter Jamie Ferguson, 1433 Sunset Blvd, Clinton, SC 29325.
