Frances E. Abrams died January 3rd, 2013. A graveside service for the deceased will be held Saturday, January 5th, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. in the Whitmire, SC cemetery.
Mrs. Abrams graduated from Winthrop College and was employed by the S.C. Tax Commission for a number of years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Columbia, SC.
Surviving are her brother H.C. Abrams of Wichita Falls, Texas, as well as a niece and two nephews.
She was predeceased her brother J.P. Abrams of Rock Hill, SC.
