Frances E. Edwards, age 49, passed away on March 7, 2016, at NHC in Laurens.
She was born in Laurens and was the daughter of the late Alvin Roschell Pennington, Sr. and Helen Pennington.
Mrs. Edwards was survived by her son, Michael Edwards of Clinton; her daughters, Elizabeth James, Brittany Whitman, and Amy Dutton, all of Clinton; her brother, Alvin Pennington (Gayline) of Laurens; her nephews, Alvin Pennington and Alex Pennington; her special aunt, Ellen Robertson; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 10th, at 12:00 PM, at the First Assembly of God in Laurens, with burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 9th, from 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home.
