Frances Milam Blakely

Frances Milam Blakely, age 96 and widow of William Bluford Blakely died Friday, November 21, 2008 at the Martha Franks Baptist Retirement Center.
She was born in Renno, SC and was a daughter of the late Madison Dillard Milam, Sr. and the late Eva Taylor Milam.
Mrs. Blakely was a homemaker, had attended Presbyterian College and was a member of Duncan Creek Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her four nieces and a nephew; Barbara Milam Davis of Fountain Inn, William Copeland Milam of Simpsonville, Linda Milam Law of Columbia, Jane Milam Adams of Atlanta, GA, Frances “Sally” Milam James of Columbia.
Mrs. Blakely was predeceased by her brothers, Kirk, Tom, Bill and Dillard.
Graveside services will be conducted Sunday, Nov. 23rd at 3:00 p.m. at Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will greet friends following the graveside service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Martha Franks Baptist Retirement Center Unit 3, 1 Martha Franks Dr., Laurens, SC 29325.
