Frank Kenneth Wilkerson

Frank Kenneth Wilkerson, age 77, of 298 Horseshoe Circle in Whitmire and 530 Lakewood Dr. in Prosperity died Saturday, August 25, 2007 at the Intermedical Hospital in Columbia.
He was born in Whitmire and was the son of the late Thomas M. and Rachael B. Wilkerson.
Mr. Wilkerson was retired from West Point Stevens and also had worked at Carlisle Finishing Plant and Kayser Roth Hosery Plant.
He was a member of the Newberry Moose Lodge and a volunteer at the Whitmire Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Kirby Wilkerson of the home; a son, Gary Wilkerson and wife, Sue; a daughter, Vicky Moates and husband, Derrill; a
brother, Walter and (Elaine) Wilkerson; grandchildren, Ashley and Ginger Wilkerson and Julie and Christopher Moates; a nephew like a son, Michael Hembree
He was predeceased by three brothers, Clarence, Floyd, and Lawrence Wilkerson.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Whitmire with interment in the Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
