Franklin E. Howell

Franklin E. Howell age 48, of 68 Milam Road died Saturday, October 17, 2009 at his home.
He was born in Clinton and was a son of the late Horace and Ruby Rice Howell.
Mr. Howell was a former employee of Clinton Mills and a member of the National Guard.
He is survived by a son, Ridgeway Howell of Laurens; a brother, Roger D. Howell of Clinton; a sister, Deborah H. Hershman and husband, Kenny of Clinton; a niece, Brittany Hershman; and a nephew, Brad Hershman.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 22nd in the Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will be at the home of his sister, Deborah Hershman at
116 Bell Avenue in Clinton.
