Franklin Junior O'Shields

Franklin Junior O’Shields age 69, of 304 Jacobs Highway, died Sunday, December 18, 2011 in the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in Laurens and was the son of the late Claude F. and Connie Dunaway O’Shields.
Mr. O’Shields was a retired employee of Byars Machine Shop.
He is survived by a son, Chris O’Shields of Clinton; two daughters, Lisa (David) Blanton of Enoree and Sharon Rios of Woodruff; four sisters, Glenda (Ronnie) Frady, Ruby Campbell, Lilly (Wayne) Clark and Francis O’Shields, all of Laurens; five grandchildren, Carson O’Shields, Jason Blanton, Crystal O’Shields, Erica Rios and Raquel Fess; three great-grandchildren; and a special nephew, Donnie (Porky) O’Shields.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, December 22nd at 2:00 p.m. in the New Horizon Freewill Baptist Church.
