Geneva C. Tunstall

Geneva C. Tunstall, age 91 a resident of Emerald Gardens and former resident of Laurens, SC passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at the Hospice Care of the Piedmont Hospice House.
She was born in Lavonia, GA and was a daughter of the late John and Addie Gordon Cawthon.
Mrs. Tunstall was the owner of the Laurens Motel and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Laurens where she was a former Sunday School Teacher.
Surviving are her daughter, Martha Culbertson and husband, William and their son, Sherman all of Greenwood and grandson, Roy Duckett and wife, Donna and their children, Katie and Kristalyn all of Fountain Inn.
Mrs. Tunstall was predeceased by her husband, Roy Lee Tunstall and daughter, Royce Ann Tunstall Sanders, she was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Graveside services will be conducted Friday, April 27th at 3:00 p.m. in the Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rev. Alice MacKeil.
The family will receive friends Friday at the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
