George (Butch) F. Stockman, age 67 of 602 Magnolia Street died Wednesday, April 25, 2012 in the Greenville Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Lenoir, NC and was a son of the late George Ernest and Orrie Sexton Stockman.
He was retired from Oakland Plant in Newberry and was a member of the Joanna Moose Lodge.
Surviving are his son, George F. Stockman, Jr. of Joanna, two daughters, Leslie McCravey and husband Larry of Kinards and Traci Stockman Keyser of Joanna; three grandchildren, Shannon Brooks of Greenwood, Frankie Stockman of Joanna and Kaitlyn Keyser of Ware Shoals.
He was predeceased by a brother, Stanley Stockman.
Graveside services will be conducted Friday, April 27th at 2:00 p.m. in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
