Geraldine Barbery Cannon, age 82, formerly of 100 Jefferson St. died Friday, May 19th in the NHC of Clinton.
She was born in Simpsonville and was the daughter of the late Henry James and Bessie Barbery.
Mrs. Cannon was a member at Calvary Baptist Church where she served as a hostess and worked in the nursery for 25 years. She also helped start the Keenagers senior group and was a hostess at First Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by two sons Keith Cannon of Charlotte, NC and Jeff Cannon of Clinton; two brothers, Alfred Barbery and Lawrence Barbery both of Mauldin; a sister Gaynell Kohn of Laurens.
Funeral service will be conducted Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the Calvary Baptist Church with interment in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church.
