Gholdie W. Simmons

Gholdie W. Simmons, age 75, of 278 Locust Street, died Monday, June 12, 2007 at his home.
He was born in Barnwell, SC, and was the son of the late Ravenell and Estelle Mason Simmons.
Mr. Simmons was retired from Clinton Mills after 47 years of service.
He was a former member of the Moose Lodge, attended Calvary Baptist Church and was an avid bowler for many years at Palmetto Lanes in Clinton.
Mr. Simmons was a United States Army Veteran.
He is survived by a daughter, Dixie Ann Simmons of the home; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 13th at 5:00 p.m in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Clinton.
