Gilbert E. Kidd

Gilbert E. Kidd, age 68, of 195 Long Leaf Drive died Sunday, December 10, 2006 in the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in Madison County, Georgia and was a son of the late Claude L. and Thelma Gulley Kidd.
Mr. Kidd retired from Riverdale Mills Enoree Plant.
Surviving are two daughters, Vickie Ivester of Jonesville, SC, and Tina Martin of Spartanburg; one brother, James D. Kidd of Clinton; one sister, Sybil Patterson of Clinton; four grandchildren, Shazta Dill, Landon Dill, Dakota Ivester, and Destiny Martin; three great-grandchildren, Dalton Akins, Noah Akins, and Austin Tuttle.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Dec. 13th at 3:30 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will be at the residence at 195 Long Leaf Drive.
