Gladeston Byrd "G.B." Davis

Gladeston Byrd "G.B." Davis, age 88, of Clinton, SC, passed away, Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at National Health Care of Clinton.
Born March 8, 1935 in Jefferson, GA., he was a son of the late Thomas Davis and Clara Bryan Davis. G.B. embarked on a successful career in the insurance industry, eventually founding Davis Claim Services Inc. in 1996.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Elizabeth Ann Davis; and his children, Yvonne Johnson (David) of Columbus, GA., Joan Johnson of Winder, GA., Mike Davis (Maria) of Clinton, SC., Tammy Herron of Toccoa, GA., Regina Crunkleton (Mike) of Carnesville, GA., Teresa McWilliams of Columbia, SC., and Dawn Mixon of Simpsonville, SC.; his sister, Clara Ruth Johnson of Jefferson, GA.; nineteen grandchildren; and many beloved great grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held 3:00 PM, Friday, February 16, 2024 at Pinelawn Memory Gardens with Rev. Bill Moore officiating.
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 2:00 PM-3:00 PM at Gray Funeral Home of Clinton.
Following the graveside service the family will be at the Cornerstone Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 1797 Highway 72, Clinton, SC 29325.
