Gladys Landers Hendrix, age 66, passed away, Monday, February 12, 2024 at Hospice of Laurens County.
She was born on April 13, 1957 in Laurens County, South Carolina and was the daughter of the late Ola and Doris Edwards Landers. Gladys was a former teacher at Faith Christian School, worked in the cafeteria at Presbyterian College and was a former employee of Clinton Mills.
Gladys is survived by her husband, David Hendrix; her son, Cody James (Virginia); her daughter, Kaitlin Fox (Shane); her brothers, Jerry Landers (Peggy) of Mountville and David Landers (Susan) of Tennessee; her sisters, Doris Ann Hudkins (Mark) of Clinton, Linda Leopard of Clinton, Tammy Lee (Scott) of Clinton and Lisa Tucker (Derrick) of Joanna; her grandchildren, Cole Fox, Josephine Fox and Timothy James; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Gladys was predeceased by an infant sister, Helen Angeline Landers.
The family would like to give special thanks to her new extended family, the staff of VIA Hospice.
Memorial Services will be held at 5:00 PM at Fountain of Faith Church on Saturday, February 17, 2024 with Rev. Monty Osborne officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the church.

The family will be at the home of her sister, Doris Hudkins.
Gray Funeral Home of Clinton is assisting the Hendrix family with arrangements.
