Gladys Dayle McHan, age 85 formerly of 303 Cypress St., died Tuesday, May 8th in National Health Care of Laurens.
She was born in Bryson City, NC and was a daughter of the late Luke and Talitha Messer Winchester.
She was retired from Whitten Center and was a member of Lydia Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Deneen McHan of Clinton, a brother, Vance Winchester of Bryson City, NC and three grandchildren, Dylan McHan, Sonya Fowler and Kelly Pendergrass.
She was predeceased by two sons, Billy McHan and Wayne McHan.
Graveside services will be conducted Friday, May 11th at 4:00 p.m. in the Saw Mill Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Bryson City, NC.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home of Clinton.
