Glenn Eugene Shaver

Glenn Eugene Shaver age 78, of 4622 Whitmire Hwy passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at the Hospice of Laurens County.
He was born in Laurens County and was a son of the late Ervin Ollie and Leona Burnette Shaver.
Mr. Shaver was retired from Greenwood Mills, a United States Air Force Veteran and a faithful member and choir leader of the Joanna Church of God.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Ann Moss Shaver; a son, Bryan Keith Shaver (Wendy); a daughter, Tammy Lynn Shaver Strickland (Stacey); four grandchildren, Christopher Shaver, Dylan Strickland, Haley Strickland, Daniela Robbins and one great granddaughter, Brinley Faith Robbins.
He in addition to his parents was predeceased by two sisters and one brother.
Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, March 2nd at 3:00 P.M. in the Joanna Church of God by Rev. Gerald Funderburk and Rev. Stacey Strickland. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the funeral.
