Harriet B Hart

Harriet B. Hart, age 66, of 201 E. Walnut Street, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018 at her home.
She was born in Clinton, SC and was a daughter of the late Alexander Bell Stump and Sara Allison Stump. Mrs. Hart taught school for more than 30 years at Clinton Elementary and later at Thornwell. She was a proud alumni Presbyterian College, a member of the South Carolina Teachers Association, and a member of the All Saint Episcopal Church.
Mrs. Hart is survived by her son, Hartsell McKee and his wife, Lydia of Charleston, SC; her sisters, Barbara Black Davis of Rockingham, NC, Nancy Butler of Asheville, NC, Mary Bart Witt of New Preston, CT, Margaret Wilson of Marietta, GA, Allison Tillinghast of Taylors, SC; and her brothers-in-law, John Paul McKee of Rock Hill, SC, Frank McKee of Omaha, NE, and Jimmy McKee of Myrtle Beach, SC.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her two husbands, Lucien McKee and William Hart; her son, Lucien Ellis McKee, Jr; and her brother, Butch Heaton.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 10:30 AM at the All Saints Episcopal Church in Clinton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Thornwell, 302 South Broad Street, Clinton, SC 29325.
The family will be at the home, 201 East Walnut Street, Clinton, SC 29325.
