Harry J. (Papa Harry) Felker

Harry J. (Papa Harry) Felker, age 84, of 1948 Old Newberry Hwy., died Friday at NHC of Clinton.
He was born in Pomaria and was a son of the late George and Sara Adams Felker.
Mr. Felker retired from J. P. Stevens and was a member of the Whitmire Pentecostal Holiness Church where he was a former Deacon, Sunday School Superintendent and Sunday School teacher. He was a Korean War Army veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Margie Prince Felker, of the home; three sons, Tony Felker of Whitmire, Robbie Felker of Jacksonville, FL, and Ronnie Felker of Clinton; two daughters, Diann Baker and Janet Alexander, both of Whitmire; two brothers, Gary Felker of Newberry and Ray Felker of Whitmire; two sisters, Alice Welliver of Newberry and Bonnie Prince of Whitmire; eleven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Mr. Felker was predeceased by two grandchildren, Adam Felker and Rocky Alexander.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 23, at 3:00 PM at the Whitmire Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in the Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
