Hazel Howard Holcomb

Hazel Howard Holcomb, age 91, formerly of Clinton and widow of Gary H. Holcomb died Thursday, January 12, 2012 in the NHC of Lexington.
She was born in Spartanburg County and was the daughter of the late Horace and Mollie Jackson Howard.
Mrs. Holcomb was a former Cosmetologist, a member of the Carolina Wren Garden Club, a member of the B and PW, a former member of the UDC and a member and Sunday School Teacher of the First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Brent H. Holcomb of Columbia and Barry M. Holcomb of Charlotte, NC; a brother, Charles C. Howard of Landrum; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 12:30 p.m. in the First Baptist Church with interment in the Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 to 12:30 at the church.
The family would like to acknowledge their appreciation to the loving care that was given from NHC of Lexington to Mrs. Holcomb.
