Horace "Herb" Holloman Jr.

Horace “Herb” Holloman Jr., age 78, of 104 Dixon Street, passed away on September 19, 2013 at his home.
He was born in Kinston, NC and was the son of Eunice and Horace Holloman Sr.
Mr. Holloman was a veteran of the US Air Force, had an accounting degree from Aiken Technical School and was retired from Whitten Center State Food Service Director.
He was a member at Lakeside Country Club, and was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife Judith A. Holloman of the home; his daughters, Christina Johnson (Mitch), and Catherine Templeton (Marty Trammell); three sons Timothy C. Holloman (Amanda), Michael Dean Sr of NC, and Horace H. Holloman III of NC; grandchildren, Megan Templeton, Brittany Templeton, Bailey Holloman, Seth Johnson, Alexis, Paige, Emily, and Caleb Holloman, Jennifer Gibbons, Michael Dean Jr., Stacey Wright and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 22nd at 3:00 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home of Clinton with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends before the service from 2 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
