Howard James Hitchner Sr

Howard James Hitchner, age 83, of 299 Bobcat Dr. died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012 in the Agape Nursing Home.
He was born in Alloway, NJ and was a son of the late Boyd Hitchner and Katherine Stratton Hitchner. He was retired from Belcher Oil Company; was a long time resident of Cape Canaveral, FL and retired to Laurens, SC.
Surviving are two sons, Howard James (Bernadette) Hitchner, Jr. and Thomas E. (Patty) Hitchner; three daughters, Donna G. Hitchner, Gail L. Hitchner and Patricia H. (Scott) Dathe, one sister, Elenore Davis of Delaware, 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Sheryl J. Ross.
Memorial services will be conducted Thursday, Dec. 20th at 3:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home of Laurens.
