Hubert Durward Brown

Hubert D. (Herb) Brown, age 90, died January 5th. Herb was a proud WWII
Veteran of the “Battle of the Bulge, 3rd Army”. He retired from Fluor Daniel. He was a member of the Masons, Shriners, and the American Legion. He enjoyed many years caravanning with the Airstream Travel Club.
He is survived by a brother, Kenneth (wife Dale); numerous nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
He was predeceased by his wife, Jo Smith Brown, parents, William and Nellie Brown, his brother, Charlie and sister, Margie Smith.
Cryptside services will be Saturday, January 8th at 11:00 a.m.in the Pinelawn Memory Gardens on Highway 76, Clinton, SC by Gray Funeral Home.
A special thanks to the Staff and Volunteers of the Dorn VA for their
outstanding care and concern for Herb and his family. We say farewell to a faithful and kind man who truly was one of “The Greatest Generation”!
