Isaac Daniel (Danny) Ford, Jr.

Isaac Daniel (Danny) Ford, Jr., age 67 of 30355 Hwy 72 E. and formerly of Laurens, died Monday, October 11, 2010 in the NHC of Laurens.
He was born in Woodruff and was a son of the late Isaac D. Ford, Sr. and the late Irene K. Ford Barrett.
Mr. Ford was a retired employee of Monsanto an served as Treasurer of the Whitmire Lions Club. He was a photographer and a charter member of Eastside Baptist Church in Laurens.
Surviving are his wife, Hazel Strickland Ford of the home; two sons, Steve Ford of Laurens and David Ford of Whitmire; one daughter, Debra Hair of Woodruff; five grandchildren, Heather Hair, Eric Hair, Kaitlyn Ford, Taylor Prather, Marley Ford; one sister, Judy Boyter of Laurens and one step-sister, Jane Lawson of Laurens.
He was predeceased by a brother, Trooper Ford.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Oct. 14th at 2:00 p.m. in Eastside Baptist Church in Laurens by Rev. J. D. Putnam with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Eastside Baptist Church in Laurens.
