Iva Mae "Janie" Workman

Iva Mae “Janie” Workman, age 84, widow of Willie E. Workman of 101 McMillan St. died Monday, April 28, 2008 at the Hospice House of the Piedmont in Greenwood.
She was born in Porterville, MS and was a daughter of the late William Tildon and Iva Ford Evans Long.
Mrs. Workman had a long career in nursing before her retirement and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clinton.
Funeral service will be conducted Thursday, May 1st at 11:00 a.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Laurens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made, in lieu of flowers to the First Baptist Church of Clinton, 300 S. Broad St, Clinton, SC 29325.
