Jackie Goins

Jackie Goins, age 73, wife of Dewayne Goins passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at her home.
She was born in Union, SC on August 13, 1950 and was a daughter of the late Jack Holcombe and Dorothy Leonhardt Holcombe
Jackie’s greatest character was her strong love for her Lord and family, she was a member, treasurer and secretary of the Central Avenue Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 56 years, her two daughters, Renee Goins of Union, Lori Shaw of Whitmire, her one son, Tim Goins of Enoree; her grandchildren, Devan Goins, Dustin Hueble, Timothy Hueble, Dixie Couch, Brittney Couch and Timothy Cook, Jr. and her seven great grandchildren. Jackie was the last of her immediate family.
Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, May 5, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at the Central Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Dewayne Goins and Rev. Glen Walker officiating. Burial will follow at the Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends an hour before the service from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the church.
