Jackie Anne Gilmer Vincent

Jackie Anne Gilmer Vincent, age 72, of Joanna, SC, wife of Gary Ronald Vincent, is no longer confined by ALS, the gates were opened for her on January 27th, 2024 and she is now running to her next adventure.
She was born in Clinton, SC on November 12, 1951 to the late Lewis Riley Gilmer and Peggy Webb Gilmer. She retired from YMCA of Clinton as the Childcare Director after 25 years of service. Jackie had a love for reading books, camping, and kayaking.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her beloved Smut, two daughters, Samantha Anne Vincent, Sarah Elizabeth Vincent Cooley (Gary), four grandchildren, Chelsie Anne Norris (Wesley), Tristan Hunter Smaltz, Cameron James Cooley, Kaden Vincent Cooley and two great grandchildren, Riley Anne Norris and Charli Kay Norris and a brother Jon Giles Gilmer.
A Memorial Mass will be held at Saint Boniface Catholic Church of Joanna on Thursday, February 1st at 12PM with Rev. Jose Hugo Ruiz Marentes officiating. A private burial will be at M.J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery in Anderson, SC.
Visitation will be held prior to mass from 11am -12pm at the Parish House.
