Jacqueline "Jackie" Simpson

Jacqueline (Jackie) Simpson, age 61, of 1138 Little Acre Road, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016 at MUSC.
She was born in Clinton and was a daughter of the late Harvey Otis and Eula Bishop Shealy.
Mrs. Simpson was an employee of Arthur State Bank and a member and pianist of Holly Grove Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Loose Threads Quilt Guild.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Bruce Simpson of the home; her sons, Rev. Allen Simpson (Amy) of Cross Hill and Drew Simpson (Jennifer) of Greer; and eight grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her sister, Carol Gronski.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 21st at 2 PM at Holly Grove Baptist Church by Rev. Allen Simpson.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home.
