James (Frank) Dunaway

James (Frank) Dunaway, Sr., age 76 of 281 New Hampshire Circle died Tuesday, July 21, 2009 in the St. Francis Hospital in Greenville.
He was born in Clinton and was a son of Clarence and Estelle Longshore Dunaway.
Mr. Dunaway retired from Torrington Bearing Company was a member of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church and served in the South Carolina National Guard.
Surviving are two sons, James F. (Jimmy) Dunaway, Jr. of Laurens, Tony Edward Dunaway of Cross Hill; a daughter, Lorraine Heaton of Clinton; a sister, Carolyn Wilbanks of Clinton; nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two wives, Lucy Joye Dunaway and Gail Eanes Dunaway.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, July 23rd at 3:00 p.m. in the First Pentecostal Holiness Church, by Rev. Sherrill Green, Rev. Joshua Bridges and Rev. Mark Entrekin. Burial will be in the Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the church.
The family request that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the First Pentecostal Holiness Church Building Fund, 403 Academy St., Clinton, SC 29325.
