James Glenn Edwards, age 66, of 110 Hwy 49 died Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at his home.
He was born in Laurens County and was the son of the late Verdie and Minnie Black Edwards.
Mr. Edwards was a retired employee of the Torrington Bearings Company.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Pearson of the home; four brothers, Troy Edwards of Clinton, Harry Edwards of Whitmire, Oscar Edwards of Clinton and Carl Edwards of Laurens; a sister, Lillie Bell Murphy of Woodruff.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2:30 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Laurens with interment in the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
