James Henry Moody, Jr.

James Henry Moody, Jr. age 67 of 100 Big Pine Road, died Saturday, November 22nd at his home.
He was born in Manchester, GA and was a son of the late James H. Moody, Sr. and the late Daisy Mae Clay Moody.
Mr. Moody was retired from CSX Railroad, was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, and was a member of the VFW and the Sheriff’s Association.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Fennell Moody of the home; a son, James Henry Moody III of Gray Court; a daughter, Angie Palmer of Gray Court; a brother, Gary Moody of Columbus, GA; a sister, Claudette Gunder of Manchester, GA; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, Nov. 26th at 2:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Laurens with burial in Westview Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
