James (Jimmy) T. Richey

James (Jimmy) T. Richey, age 72, of 886 Brook Rd. died Tuesday, July 4, 2006 in the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in Laurens County and was a former employee of Clinton Mills for 38 years and retired from Presbyterian Home and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Dottie D. Richey of the home; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Putman of Houston, TX; nephew and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Freddie Putman of Myrtle Beach; niece and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Rick Landers of Irmo; two great nieces, Kathy and Jennifer Landers both of Irmo; four special cousins, Alma Louise Rowe of Clinton, Kathleen Willard of Seneca, Mary Ann Longshore and Edward Longshore both of Clinton; one God daughter, Lajuana Doornbos of Pauline.
He was predeceased by two sons, Steve and Michael Richey.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Laurens with interment at Pinelawn Memory Gardens in Clinton.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:30 t0 3:00 p.m. at the church.
