James Mitchell Moore, Sr.

Mitchell Moore, Sr. age 57 of 277 A.L. Drive died Saturday, October 30th at his home.
He was born in Clinton and was a son of the late James Macon and Nellie Lawson Moore.
Mr. Moore was retired from Clinton Mills and was a member of the Beaverdam Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Ann King Moore of the home; one son, Capt. James “Jamie” Mitchell Moore, Jr. USMC deployed in Afghanistan and wife, Lana Johnson Moore; his two beautiful grandchildren, Alexis and Ashley; three sisters, Peggy Moore, Kim Moore and Mr. and Mrs. Marty Heaton.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, November 4th at 2:00 p.m. in the Beaverdam Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will be at the residence.
