James N. Creswell, age 87, of 208 Lakewood Dr., died Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at his home.
He was born in Abbeville and was a son of the late James Thomas and Blanche Owens Creswell.
Mr. Creswell was retired from Clinton Mills and a member of Campbell Lodge #44 AFM.
Surviving are one daughter and her husband, Joyce Creswell and William E. Campbell of Clinton, three grandchildren, Susan H. Smith, Randall J. Heaton, Cynthia H. Humphries; eight great-grandchildren, special step-grandson, Estess Campbell, three step-grandchildren; Barbara Campbell, Jane Meadors and Deborah McGill, and eight step-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, April 17, at 2:00 p.m. in Rosemont Cemetery with Masonic Rites. The family will be at the home and will receive friends immediately following the service.
