James Templeton Addison, Jr.

James Templeton Addison, Jr., age 62 of 500 Chestnut St. died Friday, Feb. 16th at Providence Hospital in Columbia, SC.
He was born in Clinton and was a son of the late James T. Addison, Sr. and Sadie Chandler Addison.
Mr. Addison was a graduate of Clinton High School and Clemson University. He was self employed and was a cattle farmer. He was a member and former deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of Clinton, a member of the S.C. Cattleman’s Association and past President of the Clinton Rotary Club.
Surviving are his wife, Margaret C. Addison of the home; three sons; James T. Addison, III and wife Laurie of Joanna, John Mason Addison and wife, Janet of Ocean Spring, MS, Michael Kirkman Addison of Clinton; two sisters, Ann Addison Platt of Statesboro, GA, Mrs. Thomas M. (Jenny) Sease, Jr. of Salem, VA; four grandchildren, James Templeton Addison, IV, Caroline Addison, Katherine Grace Addison, Julia Clare Addison.
Graveside services will be conducted Sunday, Feb. 18th at 3:00 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Addison Farm, 1706 Milton Rd., Hwy 66, Joanna, SC.
