Jerry W. Hill, age 65, of 4096 Whitmire Highway, died Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in Laurens County and was a son of the late Clarence and Ruth Martin Hill. He was retired from Timken Co.
Surviving are his wife, Penny Hill, of the home, two daughters of the home, Brittany Hill and Gerri Hill, a son, Wayne Hill of Georgia and a daughter, Angela Baker; a sister, Joyce, and husband Roy, Lawson of Kinards, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a sister, Marcia Malpass.
A memorial service will be conducted Friday, Feb.8th at 3:00 p.m. in Fairview Baptist Church in Kinards.
The family will receive friends Friday before the service from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Church.
