Jewell Young Wilson

Jewell Y. Wilson, age 83, of 1397 Wilson Dr, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Hospice House of Laurens County.
She was born in Laurens County and was a daughter of the late Edgar Lee and Thelma Powell Young.
Mrs. Wilson was the owner and operator of Wilson’s Curb Market for 53 years; and was a member of Lydia Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Walter Wilson (Dinah) and Paul Wilson (Robin); her daughters, Debbie Smith (Tommy) and Susie Farmer; her brother, Robbie Young (Joan); her sisters, Betty Sue Thomas, Annette Quinton, and Carolyn Cline (Steve); eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother, Chic Young and a grandson, Little Tommy Smith.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 15th at 3 PM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Clinton with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends before the service from 1 PM to 3 PM at the funeral home.

The family will be at the home of her daughter, Debbie Smith, 5621 Hwy 56 S, Clinton, SC 29325.
