Jo Nell Franklin Moss

Jo Nell Franklin Moss age 86, widow of Charles P. Moss passed away Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2017 at the Hospice of Laurens County Hospice House.
She was born in Athens, GA and was a daughter of the late William Tinsley and Ruby Herring Scogin.
Mrs. Moss was retired from Monsanto and was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Judy Farmer and Peggy F. Hueble both of Whitmire; one sister, Evelyn Fennell (R.G.) of Greenwood; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by two brothers, Arthur and Cecil Scogin.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, September 29th at Friendship Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M. by Rev. Paul Rowe.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. before the service at the church. Burial will take place at the Whitmire Cemetery.
