Jo Nell Quarles

Jo Nell Quarles, age 69, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the National Health Care of Clinton.
She was born in Greenwood, SC and was a daughter of the late C. Strom and Effie Rhodes Quarles. She was a Charter Member of the Davidson Street Baptist Church and enjoyed her work at Evergreen Skills and Whitten Center.
Miss Quarles is survived by her two brothers, Bruce S. Quarles (Betty) of Laurens and Bill Quarles (Codie) of Greenwood; her special niece, Christy Quarles; her niece Amy Fennell (Josh); her nephews, J.B. Quarles (Stephanie), Shelton Quarles (Melissa), and Mark Jacobs; her five great-nephews and her three great-nieces.
In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her nephew, Scott Quarles, and two great-nephews, Chase and Hayden Quarles.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, September, 19, 2018 at 4 PM at the Davidson Street Baptist Church. Burial will take place at Pinelawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 3 to 4 PM.
The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the entire staff of NHC of Clinton for their compassion and loving care of Jo Nell.
