Joe "Joey" S. Holland Jr.

Joe (Joey) S Holland, Jr. age 63, went peacefully with Jesus to his eternal home Saturday, August 24, 2024, at his home in Greenville, SC.
Joey was born December 11, 1960 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe S. Holland, Sr. of Clinton, SC. He was the owner and operator of Big Gun Thermography in Greenville.
Joey was a talented author and musician who was loved by so many. He was an animal lover and also enjoyed gardening. He was a spiritual man of Christian faith. He was a wonderful mentor, a loyal friend and a true gentleman. He was a sweet, tender daddy and a beloved Grampas.
In addition to his parents, Joey was predeceased by his sister Nancy Mayer who died peacefully at her home only minutes prior.
Joey is survived by his daughters Elizabeth Miller (Jamie) of Chappells and Addye Miller of Kinards; his beloved granddaughters Vayda and Cali Miller; sister Cindy Coleman of Myrtle Beach; his nieces Stephanie Walker, Holly Walker, and Ginny Knight and a nephew, Charlie Knight; many great nieces and nephews; his cosmic twin, Harris Morrison, his cat Rudy and many cherished friends.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, August 27 at 2:00 PM at Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Clinton with a private graveside committal to follow. A visitation will be held prior to the service at the funeral home from 1:00 – 2:00 PM. The family will be at the home of his daughter, Addye.
