Joe Morris Levister

Joe Morris Levister, age 61, of 1550 Barnett Road, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Self Regional Hospital.
He was born in Carlisle, Union, SC and was the son of the late Richard Carl and Una Rebecca Levister.
Mr. Levister was a Maintenance Mechanic and a faithful member of Evans Street Church of God.
He is survived by his wife, Faith Levister of the home; his sons, Daniel Levister and fiancé Shaina, of Minnesota, Jonathon Levister of Florida, Timothy Glover, Gary Glover and Billy Glover, all of Florida; his daughter, Josie Levister; his sister, Ann Anglin of Spartanburg; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his brother, John Carl Levister.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 26th at 2 PM at Evans Street Church of God with Rev. Terry Poore officiating.
The family will receive friends before the service, from 1 to 2 PM at the Church.
