Joe Mitchell, age 52, of Newberry, SC, passed away, Friday, April 14, 2023 at his home.
He was born September 15, 1970 in Columbia, SC, and raised in Newberry, he was a son of Doris M. Roberts of the home.
Joe never met a stranger and he loved to talk. When his health allowed, he attended Freedom Baptist church.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sisters, Jewell Falls of the home, Shannon Byrd of Newberry; his niece, Julieann Mitchell of Newberry; his nephews, David Byrd, and Zackary Byrd both of Newberry.
Graveside Services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Newberry Memorial Gardens with Rev. Eddie Bledsoe officiating.
The family will be at the home and will receive visitors there, Monday, April 17, 2023 from 5:00 – 6:00 PM, 3013 College Park, Apt. B-1, Newberry, SC 29108
